Self- Starter/Self Reliant:

Adaptability:

Business success requires the ability to adapt to changing situations. Rarely do things go exactly as planned.  The world of business is full of surprises and unforeseen events.  A Licensed Operator in the BEP must possess the ability to adapt to change.  A Licensed Operator may have a plan; however, unknown circumstances may alter those plans.  Understanding this potential and being able to change course and act swiftly can be the difference between success and failure.  Being flexible gives Licensed Operators the ability to respond to changes without being paralyzed with fear and uncertainty.
